around and the officer started punching him and the clown was resisting. the cop needed to do what he needed to do to make sure that he was safe. >> the cop ended up arresting this clown for disorderly conduct and also for resisting arrest. >> do you think when he got in the jail cell the other guys in there were like, look at this clown. >> his name is kenneth. this is him in court with the red nose and all. >> take your nose off and have a seat. >> out of order. okay. i'll charge you $1,000 for that. you'll get a bill for that. can i get your name? >> going to bill him for making him take his nose off? >> a thousand bucks. he charges that much for it. he has adopted the full-on clown persona. clowns are supposed to be happy. >> not this one. he won't be happy when he's back in court in january. i have a story out of york county, virginia, that has a lot of people steamed. the guy you're looking at is

devin mclean. he was an employee at auto zone. look at the surveillance footage we have from auto zone. the guy you're seeing in the middle of the screen is known as the fake beard bandit. and according to police, he's responsible for, they think, dozens of robberies in this area. the fake beard bandit walks in to devin mclean's store pointing a weapon so he's like -- >> i waited for him to go back up toward the front and i ran out of the restroom to the back door into my truck where i keep my own personal weapon and grabbed my weapon, came back into the store and confronted the guy. >> the fake beard bandit runs out of the store. doesn't get away with a thing and doesn't harm anyone in the store. two days later auto zone fired devin mclean. according to auto zone corporate

policy, they have a zero tolerance policy for employees bringing weapons inside the store. >> i know that's a rule but at times there needs to be exceptions to rules. >> lost merchandise, lost money. >> auto zone doesn't care if they lose money. they do care if one of their employees or customers gets hurt. what if devin would have shot or hit another customer? i kind of get auto zone's point. i don't like it but i get it. >> he's obviously a bit of a hero in his community. so people feel like he should have been commended and not fired for what he did. >> that's exactly right. if you go to the auto zone corporate website, so many people are angry about it they pledge not to do business with auto zone anymore. >> you have the right to protect yourself or others if put into a situation. if i can save someone's life, i put that way above, you know, store policy. >> apparently at least one

turkey survived the slayings from thanksgiving and then took up a job as an impromptu volunteer traffic cop in lansing, michigan. this video is actually from thanksgiving morning. you can tell the turkey is really fired up. every day before thanksgiving this same turkey emerges from the nature center nearby and causes serious traffic jams. holding up traffic. not afraid of cars. >> it's thanksgiving revenge. >> right in the middle of a four-way intersection just standing there. >> he's going to get himself killed. >> police and zoo officials worried about the safety of this bird so they tried a number of times to catch him. the turkey kept getting away. he's like a fugitive turkey. so i kid you not. a wanted poster was released and we found it on the lansing state journal.com. check this out.

citizens should use extreme caution. the two legged feather covered subject should be considered a flight risk. everyone was talking about this. there was a facebook page. there's a happy ending. just this week there's video of potter park veterinarian out there with a tranquilizer and a net and goes down once but then -- turkey is fine. keeps walking away. it looks like the veterinarian hits him with the tranquilizer again. she jumps on the thing and gets it under control. he's now recovering in the zoo clinic. he's going to be moved to a temporary habitat and transferred to his permanent home at a duck pond. >> i thought you were going to tell me at a racetrack. >> he likes cars. if he's at the duck pond, he'll probably find his way back to a road. >> i have some awesome video from the dirty turtle off-road

park. this is justin in his awesome bug. he's going up a hill in kentucky at the dirty turtle off-road park. bouncing around. trying to get up this incredibly challenging hill. finds himself perpendicular on the trail and not where he wants to be and tries to finesse it around. doesn't quite work. >> i think this is what you call a rock and a hard place. >> here comes the worst part. the buggy erupts in flames. >> how did he get out? >> both the driver and passenger manage to get out. sadly though this custom buggy that took hours upon hours to build and lots of money went up in flames. ten fire extinguishers were not enough to put this blaze out. you can imagine the fire department not too close by. they managed to put buggy out
